The simple acceptance of the purchase through the confirmation of the order placed, implies that you accept these conditions, which will govern, in the absence of particular conditions, the relationship established between you and Bodega Mustiguillo SA, hereinafter, the owner.

a) That it has the capacity to contract, in accordance with the applicable Spanish regulations.
b) That you have read and expressly accept each and every one of these General Conditions.
Area of application:
These general conditions will govern the commercial relationship established between you and the owner formalized by the execution of an order, use of services, purchase or request of the products or services that the owner of the page offers through it. The services or products are offered from the web space assigned to the domain www.bodegamustiguillo.com, so any purchase made outside of said space will not bind the owner.
Acceptance and validity of the General Conditions:

AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS AND CONFIRMATION OF THE ORDER
When you place an order we will confirm it by email. If you find any error or discrepancy regarding price, availability or payment method, please notify us immediately at email@example.com.
The individual prices of each of the products include VAT and other taxes that may correspond to them.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS and RETURNS
The owner reserves the right to cancel orders made based on typographical, arithmetic errors or that contain untrue information. On the other hand, it is reported that if the person contracting our entotourism service was a minor, during the visit wine will not be served. You can enjoy the visit to the vineyard and winery but without tasting.
In the event that you would like to cancel a reservation due to force majeure, it must be done at least 48 hours in advance by sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by contacting us at 96 216 82 60. The company reserves the right to refund the amount paid but, failing that, will offer other days to make the visit.
Returns or claims can be made at the address indicated in the heading of these conditions.
Bodega Mustiguillo SA will accept the following form of payment for purchases made on its website in accordance with the conditions established here and in the corresponding applicable regulations:
* Payment gateway (integrated by Banco Santander): it will be used to pay for the items that appear available at the time of purchase. After confirming the shopping cart and the availability of the items, the option “BUY” will appear, you must click on it, fill in the requested card details, and the amount will automatically be charged to your account. Said data will travel in an encrypted form to the corresponding bank, thus guaranteeing their security. Likewise, the owner states that he does not have access to confidential data related to the means of payment, and therefore does not store them. Bank only
Santander has access to these data for the management of payments and collections, which are inaccessible to other third parties.
Once the shopping cart is confirmed, you must provide the credit or debit card details, the expiration date, the three (3) security digits, as well as the name of the cardholder. Said data will be destroyed automatically after 20 days, counted from the reception of the same by Hurtado and Ortega. We reserve the right to verify the identity of the credit or debit card holder by asking for the relevant documentation for this. Our credit card payment system is secure since we have an SSL system approved according to current regulations. The data provided will not be used under any circumstances for any other purpose than the charge of the amount of the requested purchase.
Buyers must notify the holder of any undue or fraudulent charge on the card used for purchases, by e-mail to email@example.com or by phone at 96 216 82 60, in the shortest possible time so that the holder can carry out the appropriate procedures.
NULLITY OF THE CLAUSES
If any clause included in these General Conditions is declared, totally or partially, null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness will affect only said provision or the part of it that is null or ineffective, the General Conditions subsisting in everything else.
Possible conflicts related to this website will be governed exclusively by Spanish law, the courts of Barcelona being the only competent courts. Any person using the website, regardless of the territorial jurisdiction from which their access occurs, accepts compliance with and with respect to this clause expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
