UN VIÑEDO EN EL FONDO MARINO
UN CLIMA EXTREMO
Y UNA UVA FUERTE
Y UNA BODEGA,
DONDE EL TIEMPO TOMA CUERPO Y CARÁCTER
We work hard to achieve wines that are truly singular. The purest expression possible of the soils and climate of our estates. Wines that evolve well with time and that display all of the virtues of the Bobal and Merseguera grapes: their color and pleasant natural acidity, unique amongst the Mediterranean varieties.
Our grape, a pure expression of the soils, climate and sea and mountain aroma
An expression of identity
In our continuous search for a result that is truly distinct, we’ve set ourselves the challenge of following a different path. In the process we have developed new methods which allow us to achieve the best results using the fruits that define us the most – the Bobal and Merseguera grapes. Our vineyards and bodegas are testament to our relentless exploratory spirit, having bore witness to our numerous failures, but also – and most importantly – to our noted achievements.
And indeed, the greatest satisfaction to be had is when, at the end of it all, one is able to share the fruits of a job truly well done with others.
We treat the wine with respect at every stage of the process
From our vineyards to our sorting tables, we only select grape berries that meet our quality standards.
Our wines are produced using only grape must, with different vineyard parcels processed separately. Fermented using our very own yeasts, our wines follow strict temperature controls and frequent tastings, allowing us to gauge their development. Gentle pumping and long macerations help bring this living, evolving organism to its fullest expression.
We are the sum of all our vintages and the skies that grace us.
We are all the rains and seasons that we have weathered.
We are the sun, cold, determination, perseverance, work, sacrfice and faith.
