Registered at the Committee for Ecological Agriculture (CAECV) since 2011, we to restore the natural balance in our soils and environment, using only organic products.

Our work in the vineyard is thorough, yet simple, is based on the search for balance strain to strain, the distribution of vigor in remaining shoots, and helping those who lack of it. In the balance of leaf surface exposed (canopy management) and the number of clusters per plant.

In every of the works, we care of environment, we check how the vine is behaving along time, and act on those man depending variables. Always trying to obtain at harvest time, looser and smaller Bobal clusters ripe grapes to naturally express how the vintage was.
